I am looking for one with sound isolation and good sound with/without adjusting the EQ settings too much, but I don't want to spend more than 25.00.

All rubbish. You need to spend a little more to get anything worthwhile.

Can you recommend some isolated earbuds or headphones? I know the Sennheiser 300 is one.

Having owned and listened to an astonishing array of phones, I'd say that if you can't afford Sony EX85s, Panasonic HJE70s, Sennheiser CX300s (but buy them full price, because the fakes are dreadful) Bass Freqs or Vibes, you might as well stick with the stock buds.

I own a pair of skullcandy smokin' ear buds and they are the best earphones I've owned. The only other isolating earbud I've used is the Sony mdr-70s which are an older model of the 71s. The sony's sounded to trembly. The skullcandy's offer a very good balanced sound in terms of bass and treble for the price, and the warranty is lifetime so you don't need to worry to much compared to other earphones. I've never used any of those higher end phones that jackonico suggested so fish around before you decide to spend.
