I Bought Ipod classic and i have software issues
until now, i had a ipod 4G 20gb but he died so i bought a new one.
and until now, i worked only with iTunes software since all my songs were on my
computer. the ipod classic 80gb made a big problem to me becuase i dont even have
a 80 gb in my computer.
so i need a software that give me the option to put files on the ipod and i wouldnt have
to save them on my computer.
anyhow, if someone have any great softwares for ipod to recommend to me i'll
be happy to know.
thanks for your hel; and sorry for my english.

My personal opinion - so take it for what it's worth.
But I think if you keep songs only on your iPod and not your computer, you're just asking for trouble. Just browse the forums for threads from people who have lost their music because they kept it only on their iPod and then their iPod died.
But I think you can do what you're asking by choosing the option to manually manage music. There might also be some other software that you can use to accomplish that as well. But I have no experience with third-party music management software and iPods.
Here's what I recommend:
Get an external hard drive and keep your music on it.
These drives are really inexpensive and can save you from a big headache later down the road.

i understand but the major album collection is already on the computer.
so, until i bought an new hard drive i'll to use ipod for movies or albums that
a already have on cd's or something like that. and for that i search the new software.
i heard about anapod software someone can something about that kind of softwares?
