Weird iPod video hard drive?
I don't know if this is just mine or what but it seems like my iPods hard drive is missing the back metal casing. I opened up my video and noticed it wasn't there, at first I thought Apple did this to slim it down but after looking at tutorials where the video opened I realised that my hard drive might be missing something.
So is this normal?

Sorry for the bump, but I really want to know if this is normal or not. I don't want my iPods hard drive to fail.

Yeah, its a 30 gb 5.5g. I bought it in the middle of June this year.
