Where to get Ipod Sleeve Apple OEM

I am looking for a white apple 60 or 80gb ipod sleeve.
I am also looking for a black 30gb ipod sleeve.
I am looking for the OEM that comes in the box with the ipod. Anyone know where to get one or have one they want to sell.
