LED Backlights Visible?

Is this normal for the Classic? I've noticed that on my screen on Now Playing and most others that the three LED backlights are bleeding through. I took a look at pictures of the Classic screen on Flickr and they were visible there, too.

I sold my 5.5g, but I don't remember the backlights being visible like that. It's distracting.

I recently noticed a similar thing on my 80gig silver classic, there are two small darker patches along the bottom-right half of the screen...is this the same as what you're seeing? :confused: It's barely noticeable but definitely there. Fortunately it isn't as apparent off of the Now Playing screen.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I'm known to be picky about these things. It probably doesn't bother anybody else and I'll get over it quickly. It's just the 5.5G didn't have that.

Ok I'm glad I'm not the only one noticing this, although it's far from a problem, more of a minor annoyance that I'll either forget about or get over. I just find it interesting I happened to find this thread shortly after noticing the effect on my iPod...Just curious, has anyone else found something similar on their classic?
