Ipod Classic and BSE?
Just got the new classic. I was planning on purchasing a best skin ever for my ipod. I had one on my 80 gb 5.5 gen and loved it. However as of right now they don't officially have one for the new classic. I know invisible shield has one but they are nearly 3 times the price.
I was checking the dimensions of the the 30 gb 5.5 gen and they are pretty much equivalent to the new 80 gig classic. So it seems to me that if I buy a skin for that model I should be able to fit it ok. Anyone disagree?

I have a 60 gb 5th gen and a new 160 gb Classic. The new Classic is literally about a slice of paper or two thinner than my 5th gen model. I put one of my hard cases from the older iPod on it and it rattled ever so slightly until I put a piece of paper on the back and the rattle was gone. I can only assume that the variance in thickness of your 80 gb Classic would be about the same to the 30gb. I don't know if this helps you at all I just figured I'd throw my 2 cents in :) I'm hoping iSkin comes out with a Claro case soon for my 160gb.
