classic 80gb cases

Does anyone know if the 30gb cases for the 5g will fit fine with the 80gb classic?

There is a section for iPod classic Cases (http://forums.ilounge.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=30&f=90), you should post there. Here are the specifications for the 30GB and the new 80GB.

iPod 5Gen 30GB
Width- 2.4in
Depth- 0.4in
Height- 4.1in

iPod Classic (6Gen) 80GB
Width- 2.4in
Depth- 0.4in
Height- 4.1in

So the answer is yes, 30GB cases will fit on the 80GB iPod classic.

Like a113524c has said, yes they will fit an 80GB Classic. My friend has the iSkin Claro that once housed his 30GB 5th Gen iPod and it fits like a glove on his 80GB Classic.

it was a problem for me because i have a 60gb silicon case so my old case is a bit loose on the classic.
