His name is Brian Best, and he screwed me big-time.

About a month ago, I began emailing him about a possible trade. I had an 8GB nano, and he claimed to have an 80GB iPod. He agreed to the trade, I overnighted him the package along with $70 (part of the deal). Then the first went wrong: he gave me the wrong shipping address to his own house. No biggie, a lady down the street got it and he received it a couple days later.

But things didn't stop there. The iPod I sent him was almost new, but he claimed it wasn't in good condition. He told me he would look at it later on to 'test' it and make sure it was in working condition. He started to not reply to my e-mails, and 3 weeks later, after much aggravation from me, he agreed to send back my iPod. Low and behold, the package, which was not overnighted to me, contained no iPod. Instead, it contained a DLO Homedock Deluxe, a Belkin leather case, and a Contour Showcase for 60/80GB. Furious, I sent him another e-mail. 4 Days later, and not even an acknowledgment from him, I post this now.

At age 38, I would have hoped this man would be more responsible than this. I am so let down by this, I almost want to cry. I spent the money I had saved up from my summer job on this, $250+ tax, and another $70 went down the tube to this fraud.
