I deactivated my ATT account today and the phone will be shut off at the end of my current cycle which is NOV 12th.

Once you commit to buy payment will be due on or before NOV. 13th. Phone will be shipped to buyer on NOV. 14th.

No need to make payment now since I cant ship for 3.5 weeks but if you do commit to buy I do expect you to keep your word and mail payment by or around Nov. 10th.

Phone does have two cosmetic flaws. A mark on the front chrome and a little mark on the back top corner. These flaws are completely covered by the case. The glass front is covered and has been since day one and is scratch free. The front micro film has some scratches so you will probably wanna replace it with a fresh cover but the glass underneath is fine.

ATT said you will need a fresh SIM CARD which you can purchase at any ATT store for $25. So factor that into the cost. I will be keeping the original SIM that I activated and I will destroy it and toss it.

The phone is in perfect working order. I am selling it because it is my only phone and it does not work very well in my home. The CSR even said I was in a somewhat low reception area so...I can't have 2,3,4 dropped calls every day and living in WI I can't be running outside to use the phone in mid Feb. I need my home phone to work. I know the phone is fine because 20 feet outside my door I get 5 bars and calls are clear and consistent.

I did place an ad earlier but for about a month service seemed to improve and EDGE data was actually kind of fast so I decided to hold off on getting rid of it but now over the last couple of weeks it's dropped again and I am just going back to my old CDMA carrier where I have 5 bars everywhere I usually go.

Price is to cover my ETF and shipping. I can not go any lower. I've already 'lost' $500 on the phone I need to at least get the ETF back for it.

It's a great product and easily the best ipod ever and I will miss it. The battery life is outstanding and might be the most impressive feature. But,I can't afford $70 a month for a phone I can't use where I spend 50% of my time.

If you already have an iphone but maybe wanna try some hacks or unlocking and not risk your primary phone this might be a cheap(er) way to experiment.

The phone was cleared and restored to factory settings today and will sit unused until it's sold. I will power it up and whatnot off and on over the next 3 weeks to keep the battery healthy and I will fully charge it prior to shipping. Once the phone is shipped I will email you the delivery confirmation number. At that point you can go get a SIM card if you need one. Once the phone arrives it will ready for you to pop in your SIM and activate or whatever you plan to do with it...unlock/etc.
