In great shape will come with Conture clear hard case,dock adapter and ear buds. I have half of the box(not the part that slips on). No real scratches. 190 shipped to the lower 48. Sorry your pod got swiped but I'm keeping it. I was going to get the new touch but only 16 gigs and screen issue's have turned me off.
