So I bought it a few days ago, and I'm trying to convert to MP4 (because it's quicker) and then using Batch Convert to convert groups of files to H264.

But whenever I try and open Batch Convert, I get an error reading "pqdvdb.dll is missing". I run XP and I in the Program Files folder, I can see the file. But for some reason, after installs and re-installs, I cannot get Batch Convert to even open.

Anyone experiencing this...have any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
