I recently purchased the DLO HomeDock Deluxe and am experiencing the opposite problem of a lot of other posters here. The audio and video output works great, as does the remote. But I can't get iTunes to recognize my iPod when it's in the dock. I'm using a brand new USB connector (which I know works, since I was able to download and install a software update to the dock). The dock is turned on, I've switched back and forth from TV mode to iPod mode . . . nothing.

What's frustrating is that I called DLO about it, and they say it's an Apple issue. But of course, I talked to Apple and they say they don't support third-party products. Help!
