Need Video Menu/Optical Audio/WiFi Dock. Where?

I am looking for a product to connect my iPod to my receiver.
I would like:
Wi-Fi for streaming audio to the receiver
Video in/out so the iPod menu will show on screen
Optical Digital Audio
Sounds to me like an Apple TV but I had one and was somewhat disapointed.
Any suggestions?

Why would you need Wi-Fi if you're already using optical for the audio?
