Displaying specific Id3 Tag coding

98% of my mp3s are Chinese, Japanese and Korean. I want to get the Chinese mp3s (with Chinese tagged up ID3 tags) to show up Chinese in the iPod. There were only very few songs that displayed Chinese. How can I get the rest of them to display correctly in it's proper coding?
