hi guys-i have a 10gb ipod, about a year old. It was working great up until yesterday, then when i was uploading a song, it froze and i got the folder/exclamation mark icon. I reset it, then i restored it. When i go into musicmatch it detects ipod and shows it is uploading songs to it, but the ipod screen only shows the folder icon. I tried updating the software after i restored it, but the update button is greyed out even though i downloaded version 1.3. and did disk scan, got a check mark. Any suggestions??:confused:
