How do I pack the iPod. For repair? Please help needed quickly!

Hey! I had ordered a service box for repair of my ipod. Does anyone know where I can find instructions for packing it. Please im desperate. I cant find them at www.apple.com... If they are there give me the exact location. Thanx.

I did it like this:1. Put the iPod in the box.
2. Close the box.
3. Done.

The box apple sends you comes with everything you need to ship it back (it even comes with some packing tape!).Just relax and wait for the box to come.

I had to do this with my first iPod. If you put in a service order then Apple will send you the box, tape, instructions and your receipt is the top part of the label. the bottom part of the label is the mailing label to return it to them.Everything you need will be in the package they send to you, relax. Just read the instructions over carefully when you get it.

as long as your sn is readable on the back of your ipod, dont worryyou could send it by carrier pigeon and as long as the sn matches the one you gave when you called in, you're all set

I ordered service off the website(apple) on a monday and the box was there on wednesday, I packed it, called airborne, they came back within 2hours and picked it up, and I had a NEW engraved 40 gig pod on monday.Xtoast at 2007-11-15 15:08:43 >

I just called apple this tuesday. I got the box by wednesday, but I have no Airborne Express locations near me, so I called them for pick up at about 1 pm. The lady said they would be here by 8 pm. I then went and slammed a can of lemonade, and went to put it in the recycling in my garage. Airborne Express was there in the driveway, not 7 minutes after I called.
