my long but yet happy in the outcome iPod story!

well, i finally got my iPod back from repair, i sent it off on the 6th of feb and it returned to me today (24th)...however still had the exact same problem (failed to transfer large amounts of music, 1000+, or failed to transfer to f22). so i went to robert sayle and told them i had rung up apple, i lied but i knew it'd get results, and that they had told me that robert sayle would give me a replacement. effectively forcing words into their mouth.

so, after a lot of debate about them wanting to give me a 15gb, and not a price equivilent (i got my 15gb when they first came out so it cost me ?300). if i had done this, i would technically be paying ?300 for something that costs ?250. so i went to speak to the manager. he told me the same thing but then remembered he had a just returned 20gb iPod that he was willing to give me!! which was nice!

so basically, i got a 20gb iPod out of it, a new warrenty and now if anything goes wrong with this one, il be given a NEW 20gb as its what i have now... bear in mind this wasnt on an extended garuntee, only the apple one. which as robert sayle is a reseller, i guess support. anyway, im happy, and recommend it to people having a few problems!

sorry for poor wording, im tired
