I received my new iPod today, after waiting two months(!!!) So you can say I was VERY disapointed when I saw that crappy screen!

I (we) have three iPods, so I know how the screen should look, but this on had "dark clouds" on the left side of the screen when the backlight is turned on.. It looks horrible!! Is this a valid reason for returning? And it's even engraved!!:(
