Belkin Media Reader alternatives??

Hey there,
I was wondering if there were any products that do the same thing as the Media Reader.

I basically just need something to get photos from my camera to my Ipod.
I've noticed that Belkin has made a device called a Digital Camera Link, but hasnt released it yet.I'm not sure wether to wait for this to come out or not...looks a little more compact, and you dont need to remove the memory card.what do you think?

so Im just starting to look into this, if anyones had any experience with these, or knows of other options?

cheers,Dahj:)

did u ever find something to take photos from your digicam and get em to the ipod??
there must be a cable out there for about a tenth of the cost of the stupid card reader. and besides, who wants to lug around another piece of gear when really all u need is a cable

If you have a PC and don't mind extra step, you can always upload the photos from your camera to your PC first. Then enable your iPod disk mode and just use Windows Explorer to copy all those photos to your iPod.

Yep,but I need one to be able to travel, and get my photos off my cameras memorystick without needing to get to a computer, copy them over, and burn them to a CD.Its not so much about keeping them on the Ipod, but getting them off the camera, instead of having to get a heap of memory sticks.

This new one ,the "Digital Camera Link" from Belkin sounds like its a lot better, faster, smaller than the Media Reader. Just not out yet.
