Is the sound quality good? how much space does it take up for about 20 minutes of voice? Thanks. Hope you can help

Dingly, here is the direct link to the iTalk made by Griffin Technology
http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/italk/
It doesn't damage the iPod in any way. You don't have to load any new software either. As long as your iPod has firmware 2.1 loaded and you have a 3G iPod.
The sound quality is pretty good. I was actually surprised at how good the microphone was and the speaker too. There is a mini-jack on top that you can plug an external microphone in to to use your own mic. You can also plug your headphone into the same jack to listen. The iTalk knows which is which. When you synv your iPod with iTunes your recordings show up as a playlist titled "Voice Memos" and through my computer speakers, the recordings sounds very good.

How's the recorded sound quality? How do you listen to the playback? Speakers or headphones?
# 9 Re: Pics of my new iTalk
The sound quality is pretty good if you either listen to it through your headphones or sync it with iTunes and then listen through your computer speakers. The speaker on the iTalk is ok, not the best but for quick listening I think it is adequate. You can also use your iPod as an alarm now with the iTalk attached. Just set it to wake up playing a song and it'll now play through the speaker.

Dingly, Griffin is very closely tied with apple, so you don't really need to be afraid of the fact that it's a 3rd party product, it's more 2nd party anyway.
