Ipod 1.3 updater question
I have a gen 1 Ipod using MMJB 7.5. My Ipod software is v 1.2.1. I currently don't have any problems syncing and my batt life is very good. Should I leave "well enough" alone or is 1.3 a lot better? Worried about messing things up.

I think the major difference is that you need 1.3 to use files purchased from the iTunes Music Store. If you don't use that, you probably don't need to upgrade.

Thanks Mike. ozzyo99, Your Ipod is not affected by v1.3.(Gen 1 only) However, I think there is a 2.2 update for your gen 2 Ipod. I would read some of the threads to help you decide if you want to upload it.

Welcome. I Pod. U Pod. We Pod!
The latest firmware version for 3G iPods is 2.1 and the 1.3 firmware is for the older generation iPod only.
And err.. instead of double-posting, you should edit ur post instead!
