2gen 10g Ipod with firmware 1.3 and Itunes

While trying to upload files I get this..
"... unknown error -69 while transferring.. the file did not upload"

Has anyone heard of this error ??

As well... not to cross post but.. using EPHPOD it will upload tracks but more times than not.. they start in the middle of the song when played on the IPOD if at all..

Can anyone help
