Burning CDs across a LAN

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with iTunes. I have windows XP and the laptop i listen to and buy music on doesn't have a CD burner. The burn icon doesn't show up when I look at the Notebook files across the network, is there anyway to burn these files? I really want to burn the albums I bought on iTunes so I can listen to them in the car. Thanks!

it seems to me that the only way to do what you want is to authorize another computer (one with a burner) and send them the songs you would like burned via a file transfer program like AIM's file sending feature. i dont know of anyway to get songs off of the iTunes network...although i did find a program once that claimed to be able to download other's songs from the iTunes network, but i could never get ahold of the installation file (maybe apple found out and shut them down)hope i helped
