In iTunes, select songs you want to list, FILE > EXPORT LIBRARY and save it. Unfortunately the txt format that gets spit out SUCKS to read.
There are other programs that will do this for you though. On the Mac side, MP3 Rage does a good job and will even put it into an Excel spread sheet for you. I'm sure there are a TONs of programs on the PC side. Do a google search and see what you get...

tedchampion,
OK, you may think I'm getting on your case here - on the 04-23-2004 at 10:03 PM
you posted "how can I share my music lists with another computer user in another city"

Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you.

Now, it's down to you to find the right forum for your posts.
I suggest you take a little time to read our iPodlounge Forum Tips (http://ipodlounge.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7) and the Forums Policy (http://www.ipodlounge.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7588).

You need to give as much detail as possible in the body of your post, not just in the title and hope everyone can figure it out.

I have closed the other thread on this topic.

Click on "Inside my iPod" under my sig. There's a link to Tunes to HTML. Download it and just follow the instructions. It creates an HTML file that contains everything on your iTunes database.
