I got a virus that Norton Anti-Virus didn't even know about yet, and it deleted files from my windows folder and totally owned a bunch of drivers...

Well, I lost all my stuff. I thought I would still have my 1,372 mp3's, 200 Music Videos, and CD images that i had on my pod but being the idiot that I am, I installed iTunes, and it formatted my iPod...

is there ANY way to get those songs back?? I was download them since I was like 13 (3 years) and this totally blows...
