The other night my roommate's iPod froze and support told him to press and hold the select button and the menue button. It worked and he was back in business. Today mine did the same thing only the fix didn't work on mine. Nothing moves. The only way I can get off the menu screen is if I slide the hold button to hold and then back. I get the apple on the screen then back to the frozen main menue screen. I'm on hold with support now 12 minute wait huh? Looks like they're using the same software to estimate wait times as the new mini.
