That's up to you. AAC is generally regarded as having a higher sound quality at equivalent bitrates (i.e. 128kbps AAC sounds better than 128kbps MP3), but MP3 is undeniably more universally compatible (i.e. can be used with a zillion devices and virtually all audio software).

That being said, I chose 160kbps AAC.
