sat on my iPod...it didnt like it!
I had my Pod in a back pocket at a party and sat on it. Crunch. Oh sh*t! The white casing had gone down ever so slightly into the metal casing. After gently squeezing it around the edges, it popped back into place. But now when playing a playlist, it occassionally skips a track or goes back to the main menu. I've also had lists disappearing from my menus completely until I reset it. It's also playing some playlists in the wrong order. Anybody done anything similar, and does the warranty cover this type of mishap?

No, the warranty will not cover it:
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Apple products; (b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Apple; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Apple; or (d) if any Apple serial number has been removed or defaced.
