HI,

I have an audio-book as a MP3 format.
Now it seems I cannot fast-forward through it.
I use both methods: leaving pressed the FF button or using the "cross" method moving the marker along the timeline of the file but still everytime I do that it basically only moves along the same 5 minutes of the file, i.e. it starts somewhere within the first 5 minutes.

Track length reported for the file is 1 hours and 6 minutes. So if I move the mark to 20:00 for example I will still hear what I know is within the first few minutes of the file even if Ipod tells me that I'm at time 20:00.

Now this only happens with this file. So it is very likely to be due to its format? length?

Could it be that the length of the file is wrongly reported and that it does confuse my ipod?
