Hey Guys,
I just got my new ipod like 2 weeks ago after apple was nice enough to send me a replacement. It is the 20 gig 2nd gen. It was working fine and everything then I was trying to use it today and I got the folder icon and I couldn't play any songs. Then I plugged it into my computer so I could restore the hard drive on it, but I get the sad face on the ipod when I try to do that. I tried to reset the ipod while its plugged in but all i get is the magnifying glass/drive icon on the pod followed by the sad face icon. Do you guys have any idea how I can fix this? I have no idea how this even happened. Liek i said I have only had this for like 3 weeks.
