menu problem, or is it?

I've read the thread about the menu problems and it sounds exactly like my issue. To recap - clicking forward/reverse/play do not work. Or sometimes they do, but it's delayed and random. The menu and select keys work.

I've noticed however that I can navigate by "turning" the wheel and not clicking. In other works, I first place my thumb on the top of the wheel (menu position) and to scroll down I simply slide my thumb to the right in a circular motion; to move back up I roll/slide my thumb in the opposite direction. Seems to work OK. Is this normal? Shouldn't clicking the other wheel items (left/right) work?

Sliding your thumb around the wheel in a clockwise, or counter clockwise motion is the correct way to scroll up and down on the menus. The forward, and back buttons are used for go to the next, or previous track when playing music. The select button is of course to select items/menus/etc. And the Menu button works as like a "back" button, like in your internet browser. Play...is of course...play our pause.

Does this answer your question...

thanks. But the menu wheel seems to have a mind of its own. For example, the strangest thing happens when I go to play a song (either in a playlist, artist/album, etc). I will hit play or select on a song and the mini will act like it's about to play the song but then it will skip through each consecutive song (as if I am pressing the forward button). I have to hit "pause", then press the back button until I get to the beginning, then hit play and it's generally ok after that - although at times it randomly scrolls through to the end of the playlist/album and ejects me to the main menu. Very annoying. Am I doing something wrong??

Unrelated question - in the OTG playlist, is there a way to delete individual songs rather than clear the entire list?
