Ipod mini battery

Does anyone know if the mini has the same battery problem as the regualr ipod ie: only lasting 18 months

That "problem" could be more a matter of those users' charge/recharge patterns (or perhaps their individual unit had a problem) rather than an inherent problem in all iPod Mini batteries.You might be interested in looking at http://www.ipodbatteryfaq.com/ and/or http://www.batteryuniversity.com/parttwo-34.htm if you haven't already.
