This has been asked a bit in the forums, use a search to get more info but basically yes it will. You will have to fiddle about with the AC adapter, with a converter or one of those 8 leads, more info in the forums just search :)

Cheaper way of doing it is to just get one of those two pin leads that plug into most basic hi-fi stuff, like ghetto blasters and so on. Simply unplug the power adapter from the US two pin plug, and run your new cable straight into the socket.

No special wiring required, simply plug-in and go - and will cost you about 3 quid.

No probs with different power rating, the transformer that comes with your iPod is a global one, so will take power at either 110 or 240 volts.

NO! and iPod bought in the United states will NOT work in the UK! as soon as you step off the airplane, it's going to turn OFF and tell you that you can't use it until you get back to the US!

Just kidding.

Oh, and yes, it should work fine...

werd.

When I went to India and took my iPod it worked, but all the text turned to Hindi so I couldn't read it. So I ended up listening to "Eye of the Tiger" 50 gazillions times in a row. But since you're going to England that shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah it's only when we Brits go to America we have the problem...can't understand a word of it...color, organize? What on earth are you all on about...LOL

Oh and since when did HERBS have a silent 'H'? And how on earth do you come up with the pronunciation of oregano...honestly...we give a perfectly good language and you go and break it...well we won't be doing that again...:D

No really...I love Americans really...just can't get a whole one on the barbeque.
