i was on my computer and i forgot that u need to tell the computer to unplug the ipod so i accedently undid it without telling the computer and now it froze. and on the screen it says do not disconnect and it doesnt have that sign. and nomatter what i do it keeps freezing. and when i pluged it back in my computer didnt recognize it. do u no how to fix this
