Ahhhh Ipod Wiped, no songs left!
please please help

I pulled my ipod out of my mac without placing the icon in the trash and now all my music literally everything has gone!!! What am i supposed to do, is there not a way of restoring the ipod, i cant have lost all my 1400 songs NOOOOOO
please please help

Hi fellow buffy fan :)Are you sure the music is gone? Does it say that on the ipod display? 0 songs? I can hardly believe that you unmounting it improperly caused the files to be deleted.
Tried a reset?

yep no songs on the ipod at all as if its reverted back to factory settings and when i put it back in the mac it asks me to name it as if it was a new ipod, i tried the hold on and off thing but it didnt workbuffy-fan at 2007-11-15 14:09:07 >

Tell us you backed up your songs somewhere!! (remind me I gotta do this again due to recent new tunes)Well sounds bad. And when you plug it into iTunes, what do you see? Does it mount into the source list?
