Has anyone verified this? The mini dissection article noted that the mini has a Sanyo Model EC003 Li-Ion battery and others mentioned that the mini actually has a better battery life than previous iPods. So either the battery or battery management has been approved.
I'm curious because I want to purchase a remote (wireless) that draws power off of the iPod. Specs say the RemoteRemote receiver draws 4ma peak. So, naturally I am trying to figure out how much of a drain this would be on my iPod battery.
