Battery?

I just got an iPod mini at 6:00 on the 20th. When I opened the box and turned the mini on... the battery was charged (not completely, but it was). Did this happen to u guys?? Is it normal?? :confused:

Yup this is normal, the unit is NOT precharged from the factory. Charge it for a few hours and you'll be set.

Yeah...the battery will usually be ~75-80% charged when you get it out of the box.
