Battery life

Well, it depends on what you do with it.
On my very first rundown from a full charge, I got at least 8 hrs, and this is what I'd call normal use. Had the volume halfway up on average, and did use the backlight occasionally. I did not fiddle around with the tracks as often as I'd normally, though. But my mp3's average 160-192 kpbs.

While it's not astronomical battery life, it is a lot better than I'd ever get on the third generation's battery.
