Can you get a black fire wire cable?

I have my 3g iPod hooked up in my car which has a dark grey interior. I have a bright white firewire cable running to the iPod from my IceLink connector. It looks like crap!
Is it possible to buy a black or dark grey cable?

Radio shack has black firewire cables, but they are the large 6pin firewire at each end. You'd need that Dr.Bott adaptor to connect.

I did a search for a Dr Bott adaptor without much luck. Could you post a link to find one?

I'm about ready to commit suicide.

I ordered the Dr. Bott connector.

But now I can't find any black firewire cables with 6 pin connectors on each end. Radio shack has one with 4 pin on one end and 6 pin on the other, but no adapter to convert the 4pin to 6 pin.

At first I thought the idea of spray painting a cable black was stupid, but I'm so desperate, I'm actually considering it.

Do you think the paint would stick?
