sennheiser mx 500s
They're working out very nicely. A very nice sound-- though possibly a little bassy and possibly not as crisp as the Apple headphones. I like the little built-in volume control slide.

A while back, I requested earbud recommendations. (my post was subsequently deleted). Someone recommended sennheiser mx500's. I bought a pair (Newegg.com, $16.00, including shipping).

yes they are very good earphones. i got the mx400 (its the 500 without volume control). they sound was better than the stock earphones. if ur going for isolation tho...sonyy ex-71s blow these out of the water.lilmoonee at 2007-11-15 15:27:27 >

Go to Radioshack and buy their replacement foams. It is only $2. See if you'll notice a difference. Some people said that it fixes the bass problems. Makes it more balanced. I did replace it and it sounded better.username at 2007-11-15 15:28:28 >
