So my ipod is pretty new. It's not even 48 hours old actually, and I must say I am completely and totally in love with it. It's a 3rd generation 40 gigger, and as of right now, it's my most prized possession!! (Let's just try and forget that visa bill that's coming in the mail...oh lordy lol ) Ok, there is actually a story here: Today I took my ipod to campus, naturally, and I was listenig to it while studying. All of a sudden three of my friends walk in and sit down. My ipod is safely tucked away in my bookbag, but one of my friend recognizes the headphones and starts flipping out because he loves ipods too, although he doesen't have one. The other two guys start going crazy too,and they all wanna see it and mess around with it. I go to pull to out my ipod, and I start getting all worried about if they're going to be gentle with it, if their hands are clean, if ther're going to drop it etc. I hand my ipod very unwillingly and very afarid to one of my friends, and he's lookig at it, playing with the buttons, turning the backlight on and eating up valuable music time ( :) ) when all of a sudden, as he's handing it to someone else...IT SLIPS OUT OF HIS HANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I was about to die people...DIE. I have never seen my motor skills react this good. I caught it!!! i caught it right before it hit the ground. Of course nothing happened to it, and I was still forced to watch in anquish as my ipod was continuted to be passed around, but wow, I took quite a scare !!! Does anyone else get that sinking feeling in their stomach when other people are messing around with their ipods? Just wanna make sure i'm not insane :)
