Favorite Self Help/Motivation type programs

I have been thinking about downloading a motivational self help program because they all are priced very well. What kind of self help programs have you all tried?

There are a lot of good self-help books. But which one to recommend depends on what you want help with.

Parannoya, I think slease is just looking for one's that people got something out of.

Slease, I enjoyed "The Art and Skill of Conversation".

In that case, I would second the recommendations for all of the above, especially Rich Dad, Poor Dad (for personal finance).

Also would add:

Getting Things Done by David Allen

I have listened to numerous books in the past by Brian Tracy and found them useful. I just noticed that there is newer one on Audible called ""Goals" but I haven't checked it out yet.

EDIT: I noticed that Audible recently added "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey. You certainly can't go wrong with that one.
