Yesterday I tried to import an audio book from cd into itunes. It imported the first cd then froze up. I couldn't close itunes, couldn't even minimize. I used Win task manager to end the program, and then I tried to reopen itunes. I double clicked on the icon, nothing happened. I tried to open it several different ways, nothing. So I tried the old Bill Gates method, restart the computer. Still cannot open itunes! Can anyone shed some light on this very frustrating problem? I'd really like to be able to use itunes!!
