Others pay to advertise on it don't they? That's how television shows make their money, the more hits you get the more money you're paid for advertising. Sort of. It is estimating how much the site is worth (not necessarily if they sold it or not). There's no real money involved except for how much income goes to the pocketbooks of iLounge's owners. Sites like these are fairly inaccurate in determining actual net value of a site, but a site needs to be pretty popular to get even $1,000,000 in "value".
