Hello all :)

I have had a lot of fun this weekend. My 2 daughters share a bedroom in our double-wide and my wife and I have been watching shows such as trading spaces and flip that house for quite awhile now. We decided to tackle performing a small amount of cosmetic surgery in their room. As some people know, most double-wides have these strips that go from the floor to the ceiling. We tore those out, mudded it down, smoothed it out with sanding, repainting, purchsed some light fixtures, etc. It was a lot of fun (a lot of work) but a lot of fun. The wife and I had a blast. I had to come to work though so the wife is left painting the room. ;)

I'm sure almost everyone here are in a standard home, but what kind of customizing projects have you attacked in your home?
