Re-installing Itunes After Reformatting C Drive

Hi Because I have a lot of junk on my computer after five years, I was thinking of reformatting my c drive - this cleans out the drive and everything has to be re-installed -so how doI reinstall my Itunes. I have a 60 GB with about 22 GB filled thanks Jay
