Moving from Podcasts to main library

I have some items that show up in the Podcasts list that I would like to move over to the normal library. The main ones I'm looking at are in the .m4a format (aac?). I've tried changing the genre, but even if I reimport them they are put back in the Podcasts list. Anyone know how I can move them?

I've found that right clicking on them and using the "Convert to" option creates a copy that appears in the normal library. I've changed the Genre and moved the files out of the Podcast folder/re-imported before doing this. Mine were MP3s to start with and I converted to AAC but it might work if they are already AACs.
