song volume

I have ripped 2500+ songs onto Ipod mostly off cd but many have different playback volumes. Is there a mass-way to bring all the songs to similar playback volumes? thanks.

You can turn Sound Check on in your iPod or iTunes and it will help but not do it 100%.
