Got this secondhand with low charge but working OK. So gave it to girl friend's daughter to listen to. Later battery was flat so thought I would charge it on PC.

What a misstake tried it on three PC computers with no success and also on my Imac G4 flat panel and Imac G3 700mhz with no success. The shuffle is not detected by any of the machines and the battery light does nothing.

looks like I have brought a lemon here.
