Tag problems??

Trying to get folders to itunes library I noticed that some folders were not imported correctly, or not at all, so i'm guessing what's the clue with this, it's a problem with the id3 tags or what:confused: what version of the tags is the best? what could be the best application to edit the mp3 tags in order get'em correctly to itunes, I'm using windows and also what's the key to get art cover to the ipod?, what does it mean the grey exclamation mark at the left of the track name? thanks.:cool:

the grey exclamation mark next to your songs mean that they are no longer at the location on your file system, that itunes had them previously indexed at. Or that the location can't be read by itunes. So they have been moved or are inaccessible to itunes.I found a great application that can do some stuff itunes cant in particlar clean up your itunes library of all these missing indexed songs
